Planned outage 00:15-6am on Fri 7 Mar & Sat 8 Mar: Satellite channels will be off air temporarily as New Zealand satellite operators carry out testing. All channels except Sky Open & Al Jazeera will be unavailable and display a black screen on Fri 7 Mar, Sky Open and Al Jazeera will be unavailable on Sat 8 Mar.

If you've lost Sky Open (ch15), eden+1 (ch18), Bravo+1 (ch9) and Al Jazeera (ch20), please try a retune first and if that doesn't help, it's time to upgrade your satellite box. Please see here for more information.
